We ship as soon as possible using your selected shipping method.  Usually within 2 business days and as early as same day during the busy holiday season.

Returns

No Refunds. However, Alpaca to Apparel LLC will accept exchanges on new, never worn items within 30 days at the discretion of management.  Please contact us at 920-868-5100 or [email protected] before sending anything back.
